If you are an Aster Group resident (either tenant or shared ownership), and you have any problem with your home from internal plumbing to external maintenance you should call them on 0333 400 8222. If you are a homeowner and you have a problem with the fabric of your home or internal fixtures and fittings supplied by Redrow, and you are in the first two years of your ownership, you should contact Redrow’s Customer Service Team via email: southerncounties.customerservice @ redrow.co.uk or phone 01256 307950. If you have an out-of hours emergency, (such as a total loss of electrical power, loss of heating, a major water leak, blocked drains – causing overflow or failure of external door locks) call 0345 085 0005 and you will be diverted to the on-call engineer.
If you are unhappy with the response of Customer Services, you should complain as per the complaints process here.
Outside the two year warranty period but inside the 10 year NHBC guarantee, homeowners with defects in the external fabric of the building can contact NHBC on 0800 03506422 for advice on how to proceed.

The standard wall colour is different depending on whether you were in the first half of the development or the second half. I will update the colours when I can find them.
In our estate IWNL is the appointed water provider by Ofwat and provides fresh water services, including supply, metering, and billing; whilst Southern Water is the waste water provider.

Southern Water are the waste water service provider. They take the amount of water reportedly used by IWNL, and calculate an average amount that you would have sent down the sewer and bill you accordingly. If you don't have surface drainage in your property/street then you may be eligible for a rebate on your bill. The following links are good places for info:

Redrow is currently responsible (until handover) for all the communal areas used by more than one household (such as stairwells) as well as roadways, paths, car parks, and public areas. The main office number is 01256 307950. Or you can email them at: southerncounties.customerservice @redrow.co.uk
Until the management company takes over from Redrow, all general enquiries or fault reports such as repair or maintenance issues need to be sent to Redrow. They have a habit of pushing back, but stay firm as it is their responsibility.
Please note that some services, such as the cold water supply from the meter to the property, are the responsibility of the leaseholder just as they are for any other homeowner. This should be checked on a regular basis to ensure no leaks are evident.
If you see a burglary, an assault or any other serious crime, including acts of vandalism in progress dial 999.
If you see the results of anti-social behaviour such as vandalism or criminal damage, report it to the police by calling 101. This number should also be used for reporting anti-social behaviour such as persistent high levels of noise from neighbours. In addition, such offences should be reported to the Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) team by phoning 101 ext. 580299 or emailing arunandchichester.localteam@sussex.pnn.police.uk. You can also report crime by going to the Sussex Police “report online” page.
